In recent years, due to the government's active promotion of financial economic internationalization and liberalization policies, the domestic financial information market has flourished. Only statistics on the securities and futures markets, regardless of securities dealers, futures dealers, employees, investment population, transaction value, capital circulation , is growing year by year; in addition, Chinese people’s investment in financial products has expanded globally, and their demand for international financial information has become increasingly intense. Therefore, it is foreseeable that the domestic financial information market will enter a new realm in the future.

Since its establishment on December 20, 1994, the Association has felt the urgent need of the above situation and hopes to help members create a healthy business environment. It has accelerated its pace and fully managed in order to cooperate with development. Thanks to all levels of units and advanced members for their generous guidance and members Units have worked closely together to achieve certain results in the promotion of conference affairs, such as participating in the revision of market information management regulations, striving to reduce information usage fees, assisting member units in developing business, providing timely and latest information and technology research and development, strengthening conference affairs, etc. Can be completed within a period of time. In response to the international development in recent years, the original "Taipei Financial Information Association" was renamed "Taipei International Financial Information Association" on February 10, 2003, with a view to providing investors with deeper and broader financial information from a more international and professional perspective. , and use this to promote and introduce the business of member units and win business opportunities.
